Traditional Cihinese Acupuncture Center, Tokyo

Q & A

Is acupuncture painful?

It depends on your pain threshold. However, unlike needles used for drawing blood or administering shots, Acupuncture needles are extremely thin.
Some patients experience a slight sensation where the needle is inserted, while other patients report no pain at all.

How does Traditional Chinese Medicine work?

We focus on treating the whole person, not just the symptom. During treatment, we may insert acupuncture needles.
The goal is to restore the normal balance and flow of the vital energy Qi so that organs and bodily systems work together in harmony.

How long until I see results?

Results vary and depend on the severity of your condition and how your paticular body responds.
Some patients see improvements within their first few sessions.
